Where we ship

21 Saunas delivers to the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or addresses outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Saunas ship by freight truck. Freight shipping is charged as a flat rate based on the state of your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Curbside delivery

Each sauna ships in a wooden crate (about 90 x 44 x 44 inches, 1,100–1,500 lb depending on size). Delivery is curbside: the carrier lowers the crate on a liftgate and leaves it at the end of your driveway or at the curb. Drivers do not bring freight up driveways, into backyards or garages, through gates or up steps. The recipient is responsible for opening the crate and unloading the pieces by hand. We recommend at least 2–3 capable adults. The drop-off location must be reachable by a freight truck and flat and paved.

Scheduling

The freight carrier typically contacts you to arrange a delivery window. Please make sure the phone number and email on your order are correct.

When we may contact you

Occasionally we will contact you after you order and before your sauna ships, for example if your address is difficult for a freight truck to reach (rural or narrow roads, gated or limited-access communities), if the actual freight cost to your address is noticeably different from the shipping charged at checkout, or if delivery needs to be arranged differently. We will reach out by phone or email to go over options before anything ships.

Damage

Please inspect the crate before signing for delivery. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us right away at 817-440-4862.
