How delivery works
Most 21 Cubes ship by freight truck in a wooden crate and are dropped off at the end of your driveway. Near Fort Worth? Pick up free at our Burleson shop, or let us deliver it on our own truck. Here's what to expect, start to finish.

Shipping to your state is calculated at checkout. We review every order and confirm your delivery address.
It ships by freight
Your sauna leaves our Texas facility in a wooden crate on a freight truck. The carrier typically contacts you to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside drop-off
The driver lowers the crate on a liftgate and leaves it at the end of your driveway or at the curb. Freight drivers don't carry it any further — that's not part of any freight rate.
You unload it by hand
This part is on you: 2–3 adults open the crate right where it was dropped and carry the pieces to the backyard, garage or wherever the sauna will live. Want us to do it? Choose local delivery if you're within 100 miles of Burleson.
Near Fort Worth? Free pickup or local delivery
If you're near our Burleson shop, you have two more options at checkout:
- Free pickup in Burleson. Pick your sauna up at 2808 S Burleson Blvd. Bring a trailer or truck that can take a crate about 7.5 ft long, 44 in wide and 44 in tall, 1,100–1,500 lb. We load it with our forklift; you'll need a way to unload at home.
- Local delivery, within 100 miles. We bring it on our own truck and unload it into your driveway or garage — no freight carrier, no liftgate. It's $100 plus $2 per mile from Burleson, charged in 10-mile steps: $120 within 10 miles, $140 to 20, $160 to 30, $180 to 40, $200 to 50, $220 to 60, $250 to 75 and $300 to 100 miles.
Both show up automatically at checkout once you enter your address. Local delivery covers Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Waco, Denton and everything in between. We'll call or text to set a time.
What "curbside" means
Freight delivery is curbside only. The driver brings the crate down on the truck's liftgate and sets it at the end of your driveway or at the curb. Drivers can't carry it up a driveway, into a backyard or garage, through gates, or up steps.
The truck needs to be able to reach your address and park safely. The drop-off spot should be flat and paved (driveway or street), because the crate is moved off the liftgate with a pallet jack.
The crate: about 90 × 44 × 44 inches and 1,100–1,500 lb depending on the size of your sauna. It is far too heavy to move in one piece. Plan to unpack it where it's dropped.
Unloading: what you'll need
- Helpers: at least 2–3 capable adults. The solid front and back wall pieces are the heaviest parts.
- Tools: a drill/driver and a pry bar to open the crate, plus work gloves.
- A plan for the pieces: a clear path to where the sauna will go, and a dry spot to set parts down.
- Time: give yourself an unhurried afternoon.
Inspect before you sign
Before the driver leaves, look the crate over. If you see any damage (broken boards, punctures, crushed corners), write it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. Then call or text us at 817-440-4862. Noting damage at delivery is what lets us file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping cost & where we deliver
We deliver to the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or outside the US.
Freight is charged as a flat rate based on your state and shown at checkout before you pay.
One sauna per order. Each sauna ships as its own freight delivery, so if you'd like more than one, please place a separate order for each.
When we might contact you
Freight is a little less predictable than a parcel. Occasionally we'll reach out after you order and before your sauna ships, for example when:
- Your address is hard for a freight truck to reach (rural or narrow roads, gated or limited-access communities, no safe place to park).
- The actual freight cost to your address comes in noticeably higher than the shipping charged at checkout.
- Something about the delivery needs to be arranged differently.
If that happens, we'll call or email you to talk through options before anything ships. If you'd rather not go ahead, you can cancel for a full refund. Most orders ship without any changes.

Can I pick it up myself?
Yes, and it's free. Choose pickup at checkout and get it at 2808 S Burleson Blvd, Burleson, TX. We load the crate with a forklift; bring a trailer or truck that can handle roughly 7.5 ft long, 44 in wide, 44 in tall and 1,100–1,500 lb, plus straps.
Do you deliver locally around DFW?
Yes. Within 100 miles of Burleson we deliver on our own truck and unload into your driveway or garage instead of leaving it at the curb. It runs $100 plus $2 per mile — $120 within 10 miles, $180 out to 40, $300 out to 100 — and shows up at checkout once you enter your address.
Can the driver bring it to my backyard or garage?
No. Freight delivery is curbside only. The crate is dropped at the end of your driveway or at the curb, and you'll unpack it there and carry the pieces in.
How heavy is the crate?
About 1,100–1,500 lb depending on sauna size, in a crate roughly 90 × 44 × 44 inches. It's meant to be opened where it's dropped. Don't try to move the crate in one piece.
How much does shipping cost?
It's a flat freight rate based on your state, shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?
Not at this time. We deliver to the continental US only.
What if my crate arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us right away at 817-440-4862.
Why would you contact me after I order?
Occasionally an address needs special handling, or the real freight cost comes in higher than the rate charged at checkout. When that happens we'll reach out before your sauna ships to go over options, and you can always cancel for a full refund.
Can I order more than one sauna?
Yes, just place a separate order for each sauna. Each one ships as its own freight delivery.
Do I have to put it together myself?
