Freight is calculated by your state at checkout. The driver lowers the crate to the curb or the end of your driveway on a liftgate — that's where the carrier's job ends. Unloading is up to you: plan on 2–3 adults to open the crate where it sits and carry the pieces to the spot. Drivers can't take it up a driveway, through a gate or into a backyard.

Near Fort Worth? Free pickup in Burleson, or local delivery where we bring it on our own truck and unload it into your driveway or garage. Both show at checkout.

One sauna per order. Please place a separate order for each sauna. If we can't deliver to your address as planned, or the freight cost to your location comes in noticeably higher than the shipping charged at checkout, we'll contact you before your sauna ships — you choose how to proceed, or cancel for a full refund.
