What local delivery costs

It's $100 plus $2 per mile from our shop at 2808 S Burleson Blvd, charged in simple steps. The price appears automatically at checkout once you type your address:

• $120 — within 10 miles: Burleson, Joshua, Crowley, Alvarado
• $140 — to 20 miles: south Fort Worth, Mansfield, Cleburne, Godley
• $160 — to 30 miles: most of Fort Worth, Arlington, Midlothian, Granbury
• $180 — to 40 miles: Dallas, Grand Prairie, Weatherford, Waxahachie
• $200 — to 50 miles: Irving, Plano, Denton, Cedar Hill
• $220 — to 60 miles: McKinney, Frisco, Ennis, Decatur
• $250 — to 75 miles: Corsicana, Gainesville, Mineral Wells
• $300 — to 100 miles: Waco, Sherman, Bowie, Palestine

Compare that to the $700 freight rate a Texas address pays otherwise, where the driver leaves the crate at the curb and unloading is on you. Past 100 miles we ship freight like everywhere else.

Come get it and pay nothing for delivery. We load the crate onto your trailer or truck bed with our forklift.

What you'll need: something that can carry a crate roughly 7.5 ft long, 44 in wide and 44 in tall at 1,100–1,500 lb, plus straps and a way to unload at home. A 16-ft flatbed trailer handles it comfortably. We'll call or text when yours is ready, usually within a few days of ordering.

North Texas site prep

A few things specific to building here:

• The base. Four black 4x4 runners come with the sauna and go under the floor, side to side. They need a level, well-drained surface — a concrete pad, pavers, or compacted gravel. Bare soil works short-term, but our clay moves a lot between a wet spring and an August drought, and a sauna that starts level won't stay that way.
• Drainage. Pick a spot that doesn't hold water after a storm. Water standing against the bottom staves is the fastest way to age the wood.
• Sun. Afternoon shade is worth more here than almost anywhere. It keeps the exterior cooler and cuts how hard the heater works in summer.
• Electrical. The 9 kW heater needs a dedicated 240V single-phase circuit on a 50A breaker, run by a licensed electrician to local code. Get that quote before your sauna arrives — it's the one part that can hold up your first session.
