Choosing your sauna
What wood is the 21 Cube made of, and what heats it?
Every 21 Cube is built from Canadian hemlock and uses electric heating. An electric sauna heater is included with each sauna.
How hard is it to put together?
Two people build the shell in about 3–5 hours, plus another 3–4 hours for sealant, roofing and the interior. You need a rubber mallet, a drill, a tape measure and a ladder; screws are included. Read the step-by-step assembly guide
What comes with every sauna?
An electric sauna heater with stones, Wi-Fi control, accent lighting behind the bench backrest and a wall-mounted Bluetooth speaker, plus two-tier Canadian hemlock benches. You can upgrade the heater to a Harvia for $400.
21 Saunas heater or Harvia: which should I pick?
Both are electric sauna heaters, and both come with Wi-Fi control, lighting and the speaker. The 21 Saunas heater is included in the price. Harvia is a well-known Finnish heater brand, available as a $400 upgrade. Not sure? Call or text 817-440-4862.
Which size should I choose?
Think about how many people will usually use it at once, whether you like to lie down, and how much space you have. Check the size comparison, or text us a photo of your space and we'll help.
Can the 21 Cube go indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Outdoors, set it on a level, well-drained base like a concrete pad, pavers or a sturdy deck. Indoors, make sure you have enough ceiling height and clearance for airflow.
Do you offer financing?
If installment payments are available for your order, you'll see the option on the product page and at checkout.
Can I buy accessories separately?
Yes. Accessories are available on their own in our accessories shop, with your sauna or any time after.
What electrical service do I need?
Electric sauna heaters in this size range typically need a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. The exact breaker size depends on the heater — see each product page or ask us.
How is it delivered?
By freight truck to the continental US. Delivery is curbside: the crate is lowered on a liftgate at the end of your driveway, and you unpack it there and carry the pieces in by hand. Read the delivery guide
How much is shipping?
A flat freight rate based on your state, shown at checkout. If we can't deliver to your address as planned, or the freight cost to your location comes in noticeably higher than the shipping charged at checkout, we'll contact you before your sauna ships. You can choose how to proceed, or cancel your order for a full refund.
Can I order more than one sauna?
Yes. Please place a separate order for each sauna, because each one ships as its own freight delivery.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on where you live. Some cities and HOAs have rules for backyard structures and electrical work, so check locally before installing.
What kind of base does it need?
A flat, level, solid surface that drains well — a concrete pad, pavers on compacted gravel, or a deck rated for the weight of the sauna.

Using your sauna
How hot does it get?
Traditional saunas are usually enjoyed between about 150°F and 195°F. You control the temperature at the heater.
How long does it take to heat up?
Usually about 30–45 minutes, depending on heater size and the weather outside.
Can I pour water on the stones?
Yes! A ladle of water on the hot stones creates steam called löyly. Start small and add more to taste. Use clean water only.
How do I take care of it?
Sit on towels, leave the door open after use so the wood dries, wipe benches occasionally, and never paint or varnish the interior wood. More tips in Sauna 101.
