The process
From delivery to first session
Pick your spot
Choose a level, solid, well-drained surface with room to work around the sauna.
Plan the power
Have a licensed electrician quote a dedicated circuit for the heater.
Curbside delivery
The crate is dropped at the end of your driveway. You unpack it and carry the pieces in.
Assemble & heat
Put it together, have the heater connected, load the stones and enjoy.
Choosing a spot
- Level and solid: a concrete pad, pavers on compacted gravel, or a deck rated for the sauna's weight.
- Good drainage: avoid low spots where water collects.
- Clear access: make sure there's a path wide enough to move the sauna into place.
- Near power: the closer to your electrical panel, the simpler (and cheaper) the hookup.
- Indoors: leave room around the unit for airflow and check your ceiling height.

Electrical
Electric sauna heaters typically need a dedicated 240V circuit. Hire a licensed electrician and follow local code. Share the heater's spec sheet with them ahead of time so they can quote the job accurately.

Delivery
Saunas ship by freight to the continental US and are delivered curbside. The crate is lowered on a liftgate at the end of your driveway, and you unpack it there and carry the pieces in by hand.
If we can't deliver to your address as planned, or the freight cost to your location comes in noticeably higher than the shipping charged at checkout, we'll contact you before your sauna ships. You can choose how to proceed, or cancel your order for a full refund.
Assembly
